Delivery agents scan the package barcode and assign it to an available locker compartment at any nearby station.
The agent app shows real-time locker availability across all nearby stations, guiding them to the closest open compartment matching the package size.

Customer Gets Notified
The recipient instantly receives an SMS or push notification with their unique 6-digit pickup code.
Notifications include the station address, operating hours, a map link, and the locker number — everything the customer needs in one message.

Self-Service Pickup
Customer visits the locker station at their convenience, enters the code, and collects their package in under 90 seconds.
The locker door opens automatically on code entry. If uncollected after 48 hours, the system auto-notifies the customer and flags the package for review.
